The University of Utah Department of Philosophy is pleased to announce
a call for papers for its Sixth Annual Intermountain West Student
Philosophy Conference (‘IWSPC’). The conference will be held in and
around the Department of Philosophy from March 26th to the 28th,
2009.

Paper Submission Deadline
February 2, 2009
The conference invites papers on topics in all areas in philosophy.
Papers must be no longer than 3,000 words and be suitable for blind
review. Please provide the philosophical category of your paper in
the body of your email. Submissions should include the following
information on a separate cover sheet:
[1] Word count;
[2] Presentation title;
[3] Abstract of no more than 100 words;
[4] Author's name;
[5] Academic status (Graduate or undergraduate student);
[6] Institutional affiliation;
[7] Mailing address;
[8] Email address;
[9] Telephone number; and
[10] Areas of philosophical interest
Paper Submission Procedures. Submissions that fail to include all of
the above items will be dismissed. No more than one submission per
author will be considered. Authors should email their submission as an
attachment in Word (.doc) or .pdf format iwspccallforpapers@yahoo.com.
Authors are also encouraged to paste a copy of their paper in the body
of the email to ensure that we receive your submission.
